Doug has a depth of experience in the fields of surficial geology, wastewater systems, and wetlands protection that is unmatched on Martha’s Vineyard. He has inspected thousands of septic systems on Martha’s Vineyard since 1995. Prior to moving to Martha’s Vineyard, he served as the Chief of the State of Connecticut Wetlands Management Program for 15 years.
Carla has over 30 years of experience in environmental conservation, specializing in wetlands protection, rare habitats, and project mitigation. She has extensive experience in the permitting of projects in state and local regulated areas. As the Manager of Cooper Environmental Services, LLC Carla is also responsible for all of the financial, administrative, and project management aspects of the company.
